CUW Men and Women finish second in NACC All-Sports Standings

WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference released its 2013-14 All-Sports Awards Tuesday and once again Concordia University Wisconsin finished strong in both the men's and women's standings. CUW finished second in the women's rankings and was tied for second in the men's rankings.

The Falcons women's teams had an index ranking of 11.22, finishing just behind Aurora University who posted an index rating of 11.94. Seven of the Falcons nine women's teams earned double-digit points in the rankings system, including the NACC Champion Women's Golf Team. The Falcons also had the second highest point totals in Basketball, Tennis and Indoor Track & Field in the women's rankings.

On the men's side, CUW posted an index rating of 8.94, which was tied for Aurora for second place. MSOE had a 9.64 index rating to capture the Men's All-Sports Award. Four of the Falcons men's teams earned double-digit points towards the total score led by the NACC-winning Football team. Baseball and Men's Tennis added runner-up NACC Tournament finishes for the Falcons.
