Jordan Johnson Named NABC All-American

MEQUON, Wis. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced its NCAA Division III All-American teams on Wednesday afternoon. Jordan Johnson was named to the NABC Division III All-America Third Team.

A senior from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Jordan Johnson is the first Falcon to be named to an NABC Division III All-American Team.

The CUW senior finished his career as the all-time leader in points with 2098. He finished with a program record of 747 field goals, 163 three-point baskets and a program-record 441 free throws. He also grabbed 721 rebounds, added 275 assists, 108 steals and 49 blocks. He finished his career with a school-record of averaging 17.6 points per game in his career.

Johnson earned All-American honors this year with 20.7 points per game and 517 total points. He scored 20 or more points in 17 games this season, including a season-high 34 points on senior day against Benedictine.

The Cedarburg native also collected 145 rebounds, 74 assists, 24 steals and eight blocks.

He also finishes his career with the program and NACC Tournament record of 45 points in a game. He did that in the 2020 NACC Tournament Semifinals in a 96-83 victory at Wisconsin Lutheran.

Johnson finishes his career as a five-time All-NACC honoree. Earlier this month, he was named the NACC Player of the Year. Johnson was also the NACC Freshman of the Year during the 2017-18 season. He finished second all-time in scoring in NACC history. He also earned the NACC Player of the Week honor on five separate occasions in his career.

Johnson not only excelled on the basketball court but also in the classroom. On Tuesday, he was honored as a CoSIDA Academic All-American for the second-straight year.

On Tuesday, he was also honored by D3hoops.com as an All-Region selection. Johnson was named to the All-Region 8 Second Team. He joined Eric Kittle and Luke Doedens as D3hoops All-Region selection D3hoops.com also honored Johnson as a two-time D3hoops Team of the Week selection. D3hoops.com is scheduled to release its All-American teams on Saturday.

Jordan Johnson also joined Luke Doedens on Tuesday as the only two Falcons to earn NABC All-District honors.

Johnson will compete again on Friday at the NABC – Reese's Division III College All-Star Game, to be held Saturday, March 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
