DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Falcons battled the Duhawks of Loras on Saturday afternoon. The Purple and Gold defended home court on Saturday afternoon with an 89-66 victory to stay undefeated on the season at 5-0.
Loras led wire-to-wire on Saturday afternoon.
Junior Jared Jurss (Sheboygan, Wis.) tied the school record for career assists with three on Saturday. He is now tied at 414 with Eric Kittel at 414.
Senior Jordan Johnson (Cedarburg, Wis.) led all players with 22 points on Saturday afternoon. He and senior Brandon Keller (Plymouth, Wis.) led CUW with six rebounds. Johnson and Jurss led the flock with three assists.
Senior Garrett Hoffmann (Belgium, Wis.) drained a team-high four three-point baskets to finish with 14 points.
The Falcons will return home on Wednesday against Wisconsin Lutheran.
