Johnson Placed on D3Hoops Team of the Week

MEQUON, Wis. – The sensational week that Jordan Johnson put together continued to get recognized on Tuesday morning when D3Hoops.com named Johnson to the D3Hoops Team of the Week.

The Team of the Week presented by Scoutware is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, in its 25th season of recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week.

Johnson averaged 24 points, six rebounds, and seven assists over two games last week, including a big win against Benedictine, where one of his 34 points was also No. 2,000 for his career.  Johnson averaged 59% from the field, 60% from three, and hit 11 of his 12 free throws on the week as well.

On Tuesday, he stuffed the stat sheet against St. Norbert with 14 points and nine rebounds. He also added out a game-high seven assists in the victory.

On Saturday against Benedictine, he finished with a season-high 34-point performance. He also notched a game-high seven assists and three rebounds.

Joining Johnson on this week's team was Adam Phillips of Grinnell, Nick Stuck of Emory, Maurice Knight of Anderson and Justin Hardy of Washington U.

This is the third time that a Falcon has been named to the team. Eric Kittel also did so in 2017.

Johnson and the Falcons return to action on Saturday at Edgewood.
