CUW Closes 2022 at Augustana

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The CUW men's track & field season ended on Thursday afternoon at the Augustana Twilight Final Qualifier. CUW was represented in the shot put and discus competition on Thursday afternoon.

A senior from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Gideon Cain finished in eighth place in the shot put competition at 15.47 meters and 26^th in the discus throw at 41.03 meters. Cain had the 30^th-best shot put mark in the country at 15.58 meters.

A freshman from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Mitchell Moeller was 17^th in the discus throw with a mark of 43.51 meters and 28^th in the shot put at a career-best 12.76 meters.

The CUW men's track & field team will be back in action in the 2023 season.
