CUW Duo Throws at North Central on Thursday

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The CUW men's track & field team had two individuals compete at the North Central Carius/Gregory Invitational on Thursday.

Senior Gideon Cain (Cedarburg, Wis.) competed in the shot put and hammer throw on Thursday. He posted a season-best mark of 15.58 meters in the shot put competition in third place. In the hammer throw, he finished in 16^th place at 47.27 meters. 15.58

Cain currently ranks 25^th in NCAA Division III in the shot put and 73^rd in the hammer throw at 51.30 meters.

Freshman Mitchell Moeller (Cedarburg, Wis.) reached 40.78 meters in the discus throw in 13^th place.

Moeller ranks 64^th in the discus at 45.02 meters.

The Falcons return to North Central on Friday.
