Hafemann, Chambers named All-NACC

MILWAUKEE -- Concordia Wisconsin's Emily Hafemann and Clara Chambers were each named All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference, the league office announced.

Hafemann earned All-NACC First Team honors, while Chambers was tabbed with All-NACC Second Team accolades.

Hafemann (junior, Hales Corners, Wis.) led the Falcons in scoring at 13.2 on 44.1 percent from the floor and 36.3 percent from downtown. She also shot 68.9 percent at the charity stripe). The guard ranked eighth in the NACC-only games in field goal percentage, while also ranking seventh in 3-point percentage. Hafemann had 18 double-digit scoring games, four with 20 or more points and a career-high 24 points on 8-of-18 shooting in a home victory over Dominican. She also average 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and had a 1.3 assist-to-turnover ratio.

This is the first time Hafemann has been named All-NACC.

Chambers (junior, Mineral Point, Wis.) was second on the team in scoring at 12.4 points per game and led the team with 58 3-pointers made, which also ranked third in NACC-only games. The guard drained 75.3 percent of her free throws attempts, which was fifth-best in NACC-only games. Chambers also averaged 5.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists and had a 1.5 assist-to-turnover ratio. She 18 double-figure scoring games, three with 20 or more and ended the season with a career-best 28 points on 10-of-25 shooting in a NACC Tournament game at Dominican.

This is the second team Chambers has been named All-NACC after receiving Second Team honors last season.

Concordia Wisconsin had a 14-12 overall record this season and was 13-7 in NACC play and advanced to the NACC Tournament for the 14th-consecutive season.
