The Falcons (20-5) won their sixth straight contest on Saturday with a 67-62 victory over Benedictine University in the NAC Challenge Game. The win gave CUW the No. 1 seed in the NAC Tournament. CUW forced 20 BU turnovers and converted those miscues into 25 points.

Doedens is recording a team-high 5.4 rebounds per contest and senior Matt Paluchniak (Oostburg, Wis.) is dishing out a team-best 5.3 assists per game.

MU (10-15) fell 78-69 to Aurora University on Saturday, a NAC Challenge Game, to determine the No. 7 and 8 seeds in the NAC Tournament. The Sabres are 2-8 on the road this season and have lost three consecutive away from home.

Cody Veleke and Jeff Harris are scoring 15.8 and 15.0 points per game, respectively, for MU. The Sabres enter the contest shooting 73.6 percent from the foul line, which ranks second in the league. MU sharpshooter Sam Koslowski ranks first in 3-point field goal percentage (49.3) among all NAC players.

CUW holds the upper hand over MU having won both prior meetings this season. The Falcons cruised to an 82-54 at Sadoff Gymnasium on Dec. 7, before earning a tough 89-85 overtime victory at home on Jan. 31.

If the Falcons win tonight, they will host the winner of the Concordia Chicago vs. Lakeland matchup on Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. in a NAC semi-final.
