Madelyn Alton Named NACC Defensive Player of the Week

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced Madelyn Alton as the Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week in Women's Volleyball on Tuesday morning.

A junior from Farwell, Minnesota, Madelyn Alton is claiming the NACC honor for the second time this season and for the third time in her career.

Last week, Alton recorded 63 digs in a week where the Falcons recorded three victories. She finished the Wisconsin-La Crosse match with 20 digs.

The Minnesota native also added 15 assists, three service aces and a kill.

Alton also claimed the honor on September 28.

Lulu Torres of Aurora was named the NACC Offensive Player of the Week.

Alton and the Falcons close NACC play on Wednesday against MSOE.
