Falcon men’s hockey falls to MSOE 6-1
Box Score: MSOE 6, CUW 1
MILWAUKEE-- This game was almost a carbon copy of Friday night's matchup between Concordia University Wisconsin and No. 14 MSOE.
The score was knotted 1-1 after the first period as each team scored a goal in the final minute. CUW's score came on a shot by freshman Morgan Sanchez (Corona, Calif.) with assists credited to freshman Dustin Jonasson (West Fargo, N.D.) and junior Jarred Lucas (Cedar Grove, Wis.).
From that point on it was all Raiders as the hosts tallied five unanswered goals. In the process MSOE (2-0-0) outshot CUW (0-4-0) 44-21.
Head cacoh Tony Hrkac's team next travels to Appleton, Wis., for a Friday 7 p.m. matchup against Lawrence University.
