
Jasmine Freeze Snags NACC Weekly Honor
MEQUON, Wis. - The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week honors for softball on Tuesday morning. Jasmine Freeze was voted the NACC Position Player of the Week by the league's athletic communications professionals.
A sophomore from Bolingbrook, Illinois, Jasmine Freeze is securing the honor for the first time in her career.
Freeze hit .714 last week with five hits in seven at-bats. She scored four runs and finished with 10 RBI while drawing three walks.
Against Lakeland, she had a pair of home runs for a seven-RBI performance against the Muskies.
Freeze and the Falcons are scheduled to return to play on Friday against Aurora.
