Welcome! This afternoon, the Falcons host the Sabres of Marian in the NACC Tournament Finals. The Falcons enter as the co-NACC champions and the No. 2 seed in the tournament at 11-6 and 14-10 overall. The Sabres finished alone in fifth place at 11-7 and are 18-8 on the year.

 The Falcons have the longest active streak in the NACC with their 14th-straight appearance in the NACC Tournament. The Blue and White are 14-11 all-time in the tournament with titles in 2015 and 2020. CUW is looking for its fifth tournament title in program history with Lake Michigan Conference tournament titles in 1993 and 2000. The Sabres are making their eighth appearance and are 8-6 in the tournament. The Sabres claimed the tournament title with a victory in 2014. The Falcons are 1-0 against the Sabres in the NACC Tournament with a victory in 2012. The Sabres were 4-2 against the Falcons in the Lake Michigan Conference Tournament.

Today will be the 74^th meeting all-time between the two schools. The Falcons lead the all-time series with a 42-31 record.

The two teams split the season series, with the Falcons winning the most recent meeting with an 87-80 victory at Marian.

Shawn Cassidy is 24-7 all-time against the Sabres during his time at Concordia. Drake Diener is 2-6 against Concordia Wisconsin.

Senior Garrett Hoffmann ranks third in NCAA Division III in three-point field-goal percentage at 48.1. Junior Jared Jurss ranks 10^th in the nation in assists per game at 6.2 and 12^th in total assists with 150. As a team, CUW is 12^th in assists per game at 18.8, 17^th in field goal percentage at 48.4 and 22^nd in total assists with 452.

The Falcons are 13-0 when leading with 5:00 remaining in the game and are 7-0 when they hold their opponent to 70 or fewer points.

Garrett Hoffmann scored a career-high 26 points in the Falcons’ 88-79 victory over St. Norbert in the NACC Tournament Semifinals.
