Men's Hockey Reached the Postseason.
MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's hockey team ushered in a new era in the 2022-23 season under head coach Jim Mosso.
The Falcons opened the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) season with a 5-2 victory.
The Blue and White helped raise awareness for mental health in November with the CUW hockey programs and Homestead High School. CUW then defeated Marian, 4-0 on Mental Health Awareness Night.
CUW found itself in a tight race for the final spot in the NCHA Harris Cup Playoffs. CUW clinched the final spot with a 4-4 tie in the regular-season finale.
Freshman Collin Kerchoff and sophomore Nick Wieben led the flock with 15 points. Sophomore Zach Brydges led CUW with nine goals.
The Falcons are excited to return to the ice for the 2023-24 season.
