Falcons Fall to No. 14 Green Knights 

MEQUON, Wis. – The Falcon men's hockey team took on the 14th-ranked Green Knights Saturday afternoon inside the Ozaukee Ice Center. 

The Green Knights took a lead early with a goal at 1:42 in the first period.  They extended their lead two minutes later with another. 

The Falcons cut the lead to one 20 seconds later with a power-play goal from senior Corey Dennis (Madison, Wis.) with assists from senior Salvatore Scalise (Calgary, Alta.) and sophomore Michael Makarenko (Calgary, Alta.). 

The Green Knights went on to score three more goals in the first period to head into the locker room with a 5-1 lead. 

St. Norbert added two more goals in the second period before the Falcons found the back of the net again.  The second Falcon goal was scored by Scalise on the power play with assists by sophomore Jordan Guiney (Victoria, B.C.) and senior Thomas Dyball (Papillion, Neb.).  

That was all she wrote for the Falcon offense while the Green Knights went on to score two more goals in the second and one in the third to end the game with a 10-2 score in favor of the Green Knights. 

The Falcons take on St. John's on Dec. 10th inside the Ozaukee Ice Center.
