QUOTING CAMDEN FLOWERS

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Concordia Wisconsin, who has struggled from deep at times this season, received a much-needed spark from beyond the 3-point line during the first half with the game sitting at a one-point difference. Flowers drained the first of three-consecutive 3-pointers, while Jordan Johnson made a long ball of his own to turn a one-point deficit into a nine-point advantage in just over two minutes.
- The Falcons entered the locker room at halftime with a 10-point cushion and maintained that throughout the second half with stifling defense around the rim. Throughout the contest, they altered numerous difficult Raider shots that won't necessarily show up in the box score. However, junior Alex Antonie (Sheboygan Falls, Wis.) made his presence known with five rejections.
- Flowers (junior, West Bend, Wis.) added two more triples to end with 15 points and Johnson (junior, Cedarburg, Wis.) went about his business for 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Junior Joey Zietlow (Oak Creek, Wis.) scored 14 points and sophomore Jared Jurss (Sheboygan, Wis.) had six points, six rebounds, nine assists and two steals.
- Concordia Wisconsin shot 55.6 percent from the floor, making it the third-straight game it has made over half of its shots and seventh in the last 10 contests.
- MSOE was paced by Michael Pitrof's 20 points.

NEXT ON THE SCHEDULE
- Concordia Wisconsin travels to Lakeland for a NACC redemption game on Saturday at 2 pm. In the last meeting on January 21, the Muskies shot 58.7 percent in the game to snap a four-game Falcon winning streak.
