Undefeated NACC regular season champions!

ROCKFORD, Ill. – Concordia Wisconsin made it look easy at times and battled through the difficult situations the past two months, all with the goal of achieving what they earned on Saturday night – the NACC regular season title. The Falcons finished conference play with an undefeated 11-0 record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons won their seventh-straight conference league match with the 3-0 sweep over the Regents, and six of those matches haven't gone past a third set.
- Concordia Wisconsin captures its second NACC regular season title, after winning it with an 11-1 record during the 2010 season.
- The Falcons hit .258 (35K-11E-93A) in the match and had 10 players record at least a kill in the match. Sophomores Ashley Jehlicka (Salem, Wis.) and Amanda Schultz (North Prairie, Wis.) each had a match-high-tying seven kills. Junior Terese Zymanek (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) tallied six kills.
- Senior Karina Klotz (Hubertus, Wis.) recorded 17 assists and became the fourth player in program history to reach the 2,000 assist milestone.
- Junior Kaily Moegenburg (Plymouth, Wis.) dug 11 attack attempts.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Falcons limited the Regents to a -.052 hitting percentage (20K-25E-96A) and it was the second-straight opponent to finish with a negative hitting percentage. It was also the fifth opponent this season to do so.
- Concordia Wisconsin has won 13-straight NACC matches dating back to last season.
- Klotz now has 2,003 career assists and becomes the 16th player in NACC history to achieve the feat.

THE OPPOSITION
- Alex Storey led the Regents with seven kills and Taylor Rossi tallied 14 assists.
- McKenna Turek and Liberty Hartman had 15 and 10 digs, respectively.

NEXT ON THE SCHEDULE
- The Falcons will play a pair of non-conference matches before the NACC Tournament begins on November 3. They will travel to No. 12 UW-Stevens Point on Tuesday before hosting Chicago on Saturday.
