Wagner named NACC Player of the Week
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Brianna Wagner was named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Week honors after guiding the Falcons to two wins in conference play.
Wagner (Fond du Lac, Wis.) joined the 1,000-point club this week while posting a pair of double-doubles for the Falcons. On Wednesday, the senior forward poured in 25 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in a 19-point win over Benedictine. She reached the 1,000-point milestone in a road win at Dominican, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Wagner added 4.5 assists per game on the 2-0 week.
The conference weekly honor is the third of the season and fourth of her career.
