Scharmer tabbed as NACC Player of the Week
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- Concordia Wisconsin's Audrey Scharmer was tabbed the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Week, after recording a double-double in a road win, the league office announced.
Scharmer (Winona, Minn.) was dominant in the Falcons road win at Rockford University Saturday as the senior recorded a double-double with 20 points and 14 rebounds. The forward accomplished the feat while playing just 20 minutes. She was 8-of-10 from the floor while adding two assists and two blocks in helping the Falcons move to 5-0 in conference play.
The conference weekly honor is the second of the season and her career.
