Kaeley Sterkel Secures NACC Weekly Honor

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athletes of the Week on Tuesday morning. Claiming the NACC honors this week were Kaeley Sterkel and Regan Coxon of Dominican.

A senior from Dana Point, California, Kaeley Sterkel is claiming the NACC Defensive Player of the Week honor for the first time this season and for the fourth time in her career.

Sterkel started the week with seven saves against Wisconsin Lutheran in a 4-0 victory.

She kept her shutout streak alive with 12 saves in a 3-0 shutout victory against Illinois Tech.

Sterkel and the Falcons travel to St. Norbert on Wednesday.
