Reicher named NACC Softball Position Player of the Week

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Freshman Jennifer Reicher has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Softball Position Player of the Week for the events of March 17-23, the league office announced Monday.

Reicher (Kewaskum, Wis.) is off to a strong start on the Falcons spring trip as she has scored nine runs over the team's first six Florida games. CUW is 3-3 on the trip with wins over UW-River Falls, MIT and Keene St. Reicher has batted .455 (10-for-22) and has at least one run scored and one hit in each game. The freshman finished the week with three doubles and three RBIs.

Reicher and the Falcons will conclude their spring trip with two games on both Tuesday and Wednesday. CUW will then begin conference play this weekend with doubleheaders against Alverno College and MSOE.
