MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The CUW men's soccer team earned a 1-1 tie at MSOE on Wednesday night. The Raiders had won all of its NACC contests heading into Wednesday. The tie sends CUW to 5-5-1 on the season and to 3-3-1 in NACC play.
Junior Ivan Cuellar (Milwaukee, Wis.) kicked in the opening goal of the game off a header from senior Will King (Maidenhead, G.B.) in the 12th minute.
The Raiders leveled the match with a goal in the 81st minute.
The MSOE attack finished with 18 shots in the match and junior Mattson Wick (New Berlin, Wis.) kept the Falcons in the match with eight saves.
Ivan Cuellar had four of the Falcons' nine shots on Wednesday night.
CUW will close out non-conference play on Sunday at Wisconsin-Platteville.
