Brooke Braga Brings In NACC Weekly Honor

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) released its Student-Athlete of the Week honors on Tuesday afternoon. Brooke Braga was voted as the NACC Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week for Women's Soccer by the league's athletic communications professionals.

A senior from Belgium, Wisconsin, Brooke Braga is claiming the honor for the first time this season and for the fifth time in her career.

Against St. Norbert, she finished with seven saves in the 4-0 victory. She broke the school record for career complete match shutouts with 21.

She then had 13 saves in a 1-1 tie against Illinois Tech.

Elizabeth Kuhn of MSOE was voted as the NACC Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week.

Braga and the Falcons return to action again on Wednesday at MSOE.
