Women’s Hockey travels to St. Norbert for televised contest

MEQUON, Wis. - Concordia University Wisconsin's women's hockey team returns to the ice after a two-week layoff on Wednesday at 7 p.m. against St. Norbert College in a NCHA matchup.

The contest will be televised live on WACY (My New 32) in the Green Bay, Wis., area with Doug Kauffman and Ted Stefaniak on the call. Fans unable to make it to the Resch Olympic Pavilion and don't live in the surrounding Green Bay area can watch game via live video or by Twitter updates.

The 14-day break is the second longest in the season for the Falcons (5-2-0, 4-1-0 NCHA), who last played Wednesday, Nov. 16 and came away with a 4-2 road victory over Marian University. Freshman Bailey Rasmussen (Grand Rapids, Minn.) tallied a pair of goals, while freshman Kelsey Kusch (Saint Clair Shores, Mich.) recorded two assist in the victory.

Senior Hilary Christiansen (Eagan, Minn.) leads CUW with nine points - three goals, six assists. Freshman Andrea Mizanskey (Palos Heights, Ill.) has received the majority of the minutes between the pipes and has a .927 save percentage.

SNC (3-4-0, 2-2-0 NCHA) returns to action after a 10-day break on Wednesday and has split its last four games. The Green Knights are a second year program and faced the Falcons twice last year going 1-0-1.

Ali Parker leads SNC with six points - four goals, two assists. Kaley Gibson has played over half of the teams minutes between the pipes and has a .809 save percentage.
