NEWSWORTHY NOTES
• IT'S STRONGEST MONTH: Concordia Wisconsin is having its best month of the season thus far, as the statistics show. They are averaging 8.7 digs per set, 1.31 blocks per set and are hitting its highest percentage of any of the three months they have played in this calendar year.
• SCOUTING AURORA: The Spartans have won two of their last three matches and before that lost eight in a row. They are currently tied with Marian and Lakeland in the NACC standings are fighting for the fourth seed, which will give them a home NACC Tournament match. Tyler Turner is one of Aurora's top players, as he ranks third in the NACC for hitting percentage (.306) and seventh in total blocks (61). As a team, the Spartans are a well-balanced blocking team, ranking second in the NACC for block assists (280) and nine players have double-figure block assists this season.
