HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons jumped out a quick 3-0 lead less than two minutes into the game and led 9-0 with 18:28 to play before halftime. Following a pair of Buccaneer goals, CUW found the back of the net four-consecutive times to initiate the running clock rule with just under 14 minutes before halftime and never look back.
- CUW again had a balanced scoring attack and a stout defensive effort, as eight players scored and nine players caused a turnover.
- The Falcons outshot the Buccaneers 39-10 (35-7 on goal) and held advantages in ground balls (29-17), draw controls (17-6), and forced 34 turnovers of which 25 were caused.
- CUW also scored a season-best four free-position goals.
- Sophomore Allison Kurek (Chicago, Ill.) led the way with eight points – seven goals and an assist – to go along with eight ground balls, five draw controls and seven caused turnovers.

- Freshman Christina Pattengale (Portage, Mich.) ended the victory with two goals, assist, three ground balls and two caused turnovers.
- Sophomore Caitlin Henry (Lansing, Ill.) added a pair of goals, while also picking up two ground balls and winning three draw controls.
- Freshman Kristen Kennedy (London, Ontario) ended with a goal, career-best four ground balls and three caused turnovers.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The MWLC win was the fifth by double-figures and the third in a row. The Falcons have outscored league foes by an average of 10.6 goals per game.
- CUW hasn't lost a conference game since April 22, 2014 or a streak of 18-consecutive games.
- The Falcons 35 shots on goal and 25 caused turnovers were both season highs. Their 25 caused turnovers tied the program's game record.
- CUW tied the program's record for victories in a season and set the program's single season record for caused turnovers (247).
- Kurek set the program's single season record for caused turnovers (59) and game-winning goals (5). Her career-high-tying eight points and seven goals were each one shy of tying the program's game record. As well, her eight ground balls were two shy of the program's game record. Kurek's seven caused turnovers are the fourth most in a game.
- Pattengale's two goals, both free-position, are tied for the fourth most in a game in program history (one shy of the record).
- Freshman Ellie Woodman (Janesville, Wis.) recorded the first assist of her career on the Falcons final goal of the game.

THE OPPOSITION
