MEQUON, Wis. – For the second-straight match, the Concordia Wisconsin women's soccer team faced a top-15 ranked team at Fitting Field. The 15th-ranked Duhawks of Loras picked up a 3-0 victory to send the Falcons to 1-2-1 on the young season.
The Duhawks' defense held the Falcons to three shots on goal on Saturday evening. Junior Sheridan Dorge (Winnipeg, Man.), senior Selena Esten (Cedarburg, Wis.) and freshman Cara Planeta (Coal City, Ill.) all finished with a shot on goal.
Junior Brooke Braga (Belgium, Wis.) finished the match with a season-high 11 saves.
The Falcons look to return to the win column on Wednesday night in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) opener.
