Men's and Women's Hockey to sponsor Pink in the Rink Saturday

MEQUON, Wis. – The Concordia University Wisconsin Men's and Women's Hockey teams are partnering with Angel on My Shoulder for a Pink in the Rink event Saturday November 15th. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Angel on My Shoulder, an organization that provides support for cancer patients and their families.

Both the CUW Men's and Women's Hockey teams will be wearing pink uniforms Saturday, both helping to raise funds and awareness of cancer.

T-shirts will be for sale, as well as a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle during Saturday's games. Also, there will be a live bidding of the game-worn pink jerseys after each contest. All proceeds will go to Angel on My Shoulder.

The CUW Men's JV team will start the event at 12:45 p.m. followed by the Men's team taking on Adrian College at 4 p.m. The Falcons Women's team will battle Lake Forest at 7:30 p.m. to conclude the evening.
