Women's Volleyball Duo Claim CSC Academic All-District Honors

MEQUON, Wis. – The College Sports Communicators announced their 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams on Tuesday morning.

The 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Concordia Wisconsin secured two selections with Jenna Chaussee and Maycee Karpfinger.

A senior outside hitter from Chilton, Wisconsin, Jenna Chaussee is securing her first CSC Academic All-District honor. Chaussee stuffed the box score throughout the season and proved herself as one of the best all-around players in the area with 535 receptions, 322 digs, 167 kills, 51 service aces, 24 assists and 19 blocks. Chaussee boasts a 4.00 grade-point average in physical therapy. Earlier this month, she was voted to the All-NACC Second Team.

A junior middle blocker from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Maycee Karpfinger is also making her first CSC Academic All-District appearance. The AVCA All-American honorable mention selection finished the season with 274 kills, 107 digs, 68 blocks, 34 service aces, nine assists and a 0.395 hitting percentage. Karpfinger also has a 3.94 grade-point average while majoring in sonography.
