Falcons Finish Third at Clarke Spring Invite

GALENA, Ill. – The CUW women's golf team took a spot on the podium on Tuesday with a third-place finish at the Clarke Spring Invitational.

The Blue and White finished in third place with a score of 405 total shots. Coe finished first with 377 shots.

Freshman Elizabeth Montaba (Plymouth, Wis.) led the Falcons with a third-place finish after an 89-stroke day.

Sophomore Rebecca Curley (Winthrop Harbor, Ill.) snagged an eighth-place finish with a total of 97 strokes.

Senior Gabrielle Flocco (Castle Pines, Colo.) brought in a top-15 finish with her 100-stroke performance that slotted her in 13th place.

Freshman Joy Craig took team fourth with a score of 119 shots.

Junior Hanah Conger (Davenport, Iowa) rounded out the Falcon team with 129 strokes which was good for 25th place.

The Falcons flip their focus to the Marin Spring Invite on Sunday.
