Falcons Finish Day One of Viking Invitational

MEQUON, Wis. - The CUW women's golf team traveled a trio of players that competed in day one of the Viking Invitational hosted by Augustana.  The Falcons did not have the required number to enter the team competition but were able to enter three individuals.

Freshman Elizabeth Montaba (Plymouth, Wis.) led the Falcons with an 18th-place finish and a total of 83strokes.  The leader of the tournament finished with 75 strokes.

Senior Gabrielle Flocco (Castle Pines, Colo.) was not far behind with a 37th-place finish at 90 shots.

Freshman Joy Craig rounded out the Falcon squad with a total of 105 strokes and a 59th-place finish.

The Falcons finish their season on Sunday for day two of the Viking Invitational.
