Falcons Finish Fifth at MSOE Spring Invite
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin women's golf team hit the links on Saturday to compete in the MSOE Spring Invite at the Brown Deer Park Golf Club.
The Falcons finished fifth with 416 total strokes.
Leading the Falcons and claiming fourth overall was junior Elizabeth Montaba (Elkhart Lake, Wis.) as she recorded 87 strokes on the day.
Behind her was senior Rebecca Curley (Winthrop Harbor, Ill.), who finished with 100 strokes, good for 13thoverall.
Meanwhile, freshman Mady Doering (Appleton, Wis.) and sophomore Shauna Grahn (New Berlin, Wis.) shot 114 and 115, respectively.
Women's golf will have a quick turnaround and head south to take on the Carthage Spring Invitational, with the meet scheduled to start at 11:00 a.m.
