Three Falcons Named to the All-Wisconsin State Team
Mequon, Wis. – The CUW men's soccer team landed three selections on the 2022 United Soccer Coaches (USC) Men's Soccer Collegiate All-State of Wisconsin Teams. Ivan Cuellar, Carson Kelly, and Miguel Garcia were all selected for the 2022 All-Wisconsin State Team.
A senior from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cuellar is earning All-State honors for the third time. Cuellar started all 18 games of the 2022 season and netted nine goals and assisted on six more. He recorded four game-winning goals on the season.
A freshman from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, Kelly is claiming All-State honors for the first time in his career. Kelly started all 17 of the games he played in and netted six goals with two assists. He was 1-1 in penalty kicks and recorded a game-winning goal.
A senior from Batavia, Illinois, Garcia is making his second All-State appearance. Garcia started all 17 games he played in and recorded four assists on defense. Helped the Blue and White anchor a defense that allowed only 1.48 goals per game.
