Jeremy Munoz Named NACC Defensive Player of the Week

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week awards on Tuesday morning for men's soccer. Jeremy Munoz was voted as the NACC Defensive Player of the Week for men's soccer by the NACC sports information professionals.

A freshman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jeremy Munoz is claiming the title for the first time in his career.

Munoz opened the week with seven saves and kept the match tied at Aurora.

He then posted five saves in a victory over Benedictine.

Jason Cano of Wisconsin Lutheran was voted as the NACC Offensive Player of the Week.

Munoz and the Falcons return to action on Wednesday against Wisconsin Lutheran.
