MEQUON, Wis. – The day finally arrived for Concordia University Wisconsin Football student-athletes, coaches and staff as they received their Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship rings from an undefeated 2013 season.

The rings, designed by Moments with Class, were earned after CUW finished the season 8-3 overall and undefeated (6-0) in NACC play. The Falcons advanced the NCAA Division III Championship first round for the first time in head coach Greg Etter's tenure.

During the season, the Falcons set a multitude of offensive team records; including points (451), touchdowns (61), total yards (5,148), first downs (268) and passing yards (3,244). They had 18 players who received All-NACC honors, including the NACC Offensive Player of the Year in quarterback Austin Damaschke and NACC Coach of the Year.

In addition, Damaschke was named a finalist for the Gagliardi Trophy and the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association Private College Player of the Year, while offensive lineman Nick Smith was named D3Football.com All-North Region Third team.
