Smith named D3Football.com All-North Region Third Team
MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin offensive left guard Nick Smith was named to the D3Football.com All-North Region Third Team, the organization announced Monday.
The 6-foot-4, 367 pound junior appeared in and started all 10 games he played before an injury sidelined him for the Falcons NCAA Division III Championship first round game.
Smith, a native of Cudahy, Wis., helped CUW's potent offense set 10 single season records and become the undefeated Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference champions. He helped pave the way for over 1,900 yards rushing and over 3,200 yards passing. CUW tallied 56 touchdowns and allowed just 20 sacks in 11 games this season.
