Press Pass: Women's Soccer faces two tough tests this weekend

MEQUON, Wis. – Two teams who are currently ranked fifth in their respective regions will visit Fitting Field to take on the Concordia University Wisconsin Women's Soccer team this weekend. The Falcons will host MSOE in a key NACC match Saturday, before welcoming in UW-La Crosse Sunday.

THE BASICS
- Who: MSOE (4-2-0, 1-0-0 NACC) at Concordia Wisconsin (1-5-0, 1-0-0 NACC); UW-La Crosse (5-1-0) at Concordia Wisconsin
- Where: Fitting Field – Mequon, Wis.
- When: Saturday, September 24, 2016 – 1:00 p.m.; Sunday, September 25 – 3:30 p.m.
- Live Coverage: CUWFalcons.com will have live video (weather permitting) and live stats available for each contest. Links can be found on the Women's Soccer schedule page. Note: If the weather does not cooperate, a live audio broadcast will take place rather than video.

DIGITAL GAME PROGRAM
- Fans can access the digital program for this weekend's match by clicking here. CUWFalcons.com switched last season to a digital program format. These can be accessed from this link, or by scanning a QR code at the match. Limited printed programs will be available at each match for $2.

PRESS PASS
-CUW is the defending NACC regular season champion, while MSOE is the defending NACC Tournament champion. The Falcons and Raiders were predicted to finish first and second, respectively, in the NACC Preseason Poll.

-The Falcons have won 15 straight NACC regular season contests. The last time CUW lost in a NACC regular season contest was at Marian on October 14, 2014.

-The Falcons also welcome in UW-La Crosse Sunday. Both teams on the schedule this weekend are ranked fifth in their respective regions. Of the Falcons first eight matches this year, five of those opponents are currently ranked or receiving votes within their region.

- Senior Brittany Klumpp (Rubicon, Wis.) enters the weekend with 48 career goals. She is trying to become the fourth Falcons player since the 2003 season to score 50 times. Klumpp leads the team with three goals this season.
