Isaac Bruins Named NACC Student-Athlete of the Week

MEQUON, Wis. – The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its Student-Athlete of the Week honors for men's tennis on Tuesday morning. Isaac Bruins was voted the NACC Student-Athlete of the Week by the league's athletic communications professionals.

A senior from Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Isaac Bruins is claiming the honor for the first time in his career.

At Lawrence, he posted a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 5 singles over Ethan Uribe.

With freshman Renan Revite, the Falcons sank the Vikings at No. 2 doubles, 8-3.

Bruins silenced Luca Hettstedt of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, 6-2, 7-6 (9) on Thursday at No. 5 singles.

Bruins and the Falcons return to action on Tuesday in the NACC Tournament Quarterfinals against Edgewood.
