WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's tennis team opened the season on Thursday night at Carroll. The Falcons fell short with a 7-2 decision to open the season.

The first Falcon point of the year came at No. 3 doubles. The duo of freshman Shaun Del Vecchio (Alpharetta, Ga.) and freshman Renan Revite (São Bernardo do campo, Brazil) picked up an 8-5 victory.

Senior Isaac Bruins (Oak Creek, Wis.) bounced David Eman at No. 5 singles with a 6-4, 7-6 (4) victory.

The Blue and White return to action on Sept. 16 at the Carthage Firebird Challenge.
