Four from Men's Soccer honored with All-State selections

The Concordia University Wisconsin Men's Soccer team placed four players on the Wisconsin All-State Teams, which was announced Wednesday. Among those four players was junior Keegan Van Dusseldorp, who was named to the First Team.

Van Dusseldorp (Burlington, Wis.) had an outstanding season for the Falcons, leading the way with 11 goals scored, his highest total in three years with the team. His 22 points led CUW, while he also totaled 94 shots, ranking first in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference. He had three game-winning goals as he was honored by the state for the second straight year, earning Honorable Mention recognition last fall.

A pair of seniors, David Kulberg and Paul Stuebs, netted Second Team All-State honors. Each were players Second Team All-NACC selections this season, and for Stuebs it was his second time being honored as an All-State player.

Stuebs played both midfield and defense this season, while Kulberg was a defender for a unit that posted four shutouts. The fourth Falcons All-State selection was midfielder Diego Campos (Milwaukee, Wis.). Campos was recognized for the third time after posting five assists and adding three goals this season.
