Trio of Falcons earn All-NACC honors

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Concordia Wisconsin had three players earn All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference postseason accolades, the league office announced Wednesday.

Eric Kittel was tagged with All-NACC First Team honors, while Josh Hau earned All-Second Team accolades and Andrew Fratzke was on the All-NACC Honorable Mention team.

Kittel led the team in scoring (16.4), field goals made (143), field goals attempted (315), 3-point field goals made (66), 3-point field goals attempted (177), assists (150), steals (58) and minutes played (873). The senior guard earned two was a two-time NACC Player of the Week recipient and broke numerous season and career program records throughout the season. A native of Brillion, Wis., it is his third-straight season being named to the All-NACC First Team. Kittel was the NACC leader in 3-pointers and steals.

Hau was the second leading scorer on the team at 15.2 points per game and was 41-of-98 (41.8 percent) from long range. The sophomore paced the Falcons with 68 free throws made and shot 82.1 percent at the charity stripe. Hau, a native of Slinger, Wis., had 15 double-figure scoring games and had a four-game stretch in which he scored 102 points in January.

Fratzke started all 25 games and was fourth on the team in scoring at 11.4 points per game on a NACC-best 61.9 percent from the field, while leading the team with 7.9 rebounds per contest. He rejected a team-best 50 shots and had seven double-doubles throughout the season. Fratzke, a native of Winona, Minn., enters the NACC Tournament with a streak of 10 games in a row scoring in double-figures.
