Women’s Cross Country Runs at Carthage
KENOSHA, Wis. – The CUW women's cross country team ran at the Carthage Firebird Classic on Friday afternoon. The host Firebirds won the competition with 20 points.
Senior LaNea Bartel (Kewaunee, Wis.) earned the bronze medal with a time of 23:32.7 on Friday.
In fourth place was senior Teagan Monfils (Green Bay, Wis.) at 24:25.1.
Freshman Ella Stader (Oostburg, Wis.) secured a 19th-place finish at 26:32.
Freshman Lauren Pichler (Waukesha, Wis.) finished the day in 56th place at 30:15.3.
CUW will run again at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Oct. 16.
