Women’s Hockey secures two All-NCHA selections

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW women's hockey team landed two All-NCHA selections on Tuesday. The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) named Ally Hull and Sarah Tretina to the NCHA All-Conference Team.

A senior foward from Wasilla, Alaska, Ally Hull is claiming an All-Conference honor for the first time in her career. Hull was the top scorer in the NCHA with 19 points, accumulating 12 goals and seven assists on the season. Her dozen goals led the league and made her the only player to reach double-figures on the winter. A two-time NCHA Player of the Week, Hull shattered the CUW single-game point record when she finished with eight against Lawrence with four goals and four assists in late February.

A junior defender from Plainfield, Illinois, Sarah Tretina is also claiming the title for the first time in her career. Tretina led all defenders in scoring with 11 points on three goals and eight assists. She also anchored the third-ranked defense in the NCHA that only allowed 1.62 goals per game.
