Men's Tennis sweeps Dominican, Concordia Chicago forfeits

FOREST PARK, Ill. – The Falcons defeated the Stars and accepted a team forfeit by the Cougars on Saturday. Concordia Wisconsin swept Dominican 9-0 while Concordia Chicago forfeited due to having only four participants.

-Records: CUW 12-7 (4-1 NACC), DU 5-5 (3-3 NACC), CUC 0-3 (0-3 NACC)

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Falcons swept their Stars competition, starting with the doubles matches.
-Nolan Rademacher (Monument, Colo.) and Nathan Raskin (Shorewood, Wis.) won an 8-0 victory at No. 1 doubles.
-At No. 2 doubles, Gabe Binversie (Plymouth, Wis.) and Cole Werning (Watertown, Wis.) won 8-4.
-The No. 3 doubles match was won 8-2 by Peter Kloda (Morton Grove, Wis.) and Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.).
-CUW continued to dominate in the singles play.
-Rademacher won his No. 1 match 6-2, 6-1.
-Christian Docter (Madison, Wis.) took the No. 2 match 6-3, 6-1.
-Kloda got the win at No. 3 7-6, 6-4.
-At the No. 4 spot, Binversie won in a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
-The No. 5 match saw Peters win 6-3, 6-0.
-In the No. 6 match, Raskin completed the 9-0 sweep with a 6-1, 6-0 win.
