Men’s Lacrosse looks to continue winning streak on Saturday

MEQOUN, Wis. - Concordia University Wisconsin's men's lacrosse team looks to continue their three-game winning streak on Saturday against Albion College at 1 p.m. during Midwest Lacrosse Conference action at Fitting Field.

Fans unable to attend the game can listen to Matt Menzl's audio only broadcast or follow live statistics.

The Falcons have outscored their opponents 41-17 over the last three games and have a 75-40 advantage in shots on goal. During the streak sophomore Danny Dahms (Calgary, Alberta) has come alive and recorded 16 points (12 goals, four assists.).

Dahms leads CUW this season with 19 points (15 goals, four assists), while freshman Matt Larsen (Gurnee, Ill.) has 15 points (10 goals, five assists). Sophomore Sam Wladyka (Winnipeg, Manitoba) has a team-high nine assists.

In goal, sophomore Zack Davis (La Porte, Ind.) has rejected 44 shot attempts and enters Saturday's game with a 2-2 record.

AC (4-2) is riding a two-game winning streak, which includes a 7-6 overtime victory against Augustana College. The Brition's are led by Stephen Treppa and Tim Urso who have 15 and 13 points, respectively.

Kyle Formanczyk and Ian Monkman have split time in goal and have 41 and 34 saves, respectively.
