Dahms named MLC Player of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Concordia University Wisconsin men's lacrosse student-athlete Danny Dahms earned his first career Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week honors, the league announced Monday afternoon.

The sophomore midfielder from Calgary, Alberta, finished with eight goals, three assists, six ground balls and four caused turnovers as the Falcons went 2-0 in the MLC last week. He finished with five goals, one assist, four ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 10-6 win over Carthage College on Thursday. He followed that up with three goals, two assists, two ground balls and one caused turnover in an 8-6 win over Augustana College on Saturday.

CUW (8-5, 5-3) returns to action on Wednesday with an important MLC matchup at Aurora University at 4 p.m.
