Fulton scores first SAA Field Hockey Weekly Award

ATLANTA – Kelsey Fulton of the Concordia University Wisconsin Field Hockey team has been named the Southern Athletic Association Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Fulton (Sussex, Wis.) scored four goals and added an assist in a 2-0 week for the Falcons. The sophomore forward started the 2017 season off with a hat trick in the first half of a 5-0 win over Lindenwood Belleville.

Fulton continued her strong play on Sunday, scoring a goal and adding an assist in a 4-0 win over Oberlin. She finished the week with a .333 shot percentage.

Fulton and the Falcons are off until Saturday, September 16 when they host Centre at Tomasini Stadium at noon.
