Penalty Box Confessions: A big weekend for the Falcons

Penalty Box Confessions: A big weekend for the Falcons

First and foremost, a big falcon shout out to a couple of our freshman for scoring their first collegiate goals the past couple of weeks! Kaitlynn Lloyd, for scoring her first goal against Lake Forest, and Aly Hull against Marian!

Also, congratulations to Casey Esselman on the men's team for his first collegiate goal against Northland!

What an incredible weekend for the Falcons Ice Hockey programs. With a total of eight points for home game wins for the men and women's ice hockey team.

A huge congratulations to Jossa Danis on her outstanding performance this past Saturday, she totaled four points this weekend; two goals and two assists, in our overtime victory against Marian, 3-2.

In case you missed it, our third year forward also had the chance to answer a few questions in an interview she participated in after the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsswhMXnbeQ !

As far as the future for your women's hockey team, we have a tough couple of away trips coming up. This weekend, a battle takes place in De Pere, Wisconsin, as we face St. Norbert College. Next weekend your Falcons soar all the way to New York to take on Morrisville State during the holiday weekend.

After the break, we come back to two home ice games against a new team in our conference, Northland College, on the 1st and 2nd of December. Hopefully, we keep our winning streak up for the first semester. The current standing record is six wins… we have a 3-game winning streak as of this past weekend, and have six games left for the semester! Keep your wings crossed for the women's hockey team in their upcoming games!!
