MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin Falcons battled the MSOE Raiders to a 2-2 conference tie on Wednesday night.
THE BASICS
- Final Score: Falcons 2, Raiders 2
- Records: Falcons 12-3-1 (6-2-1 NACC), Raiders 7-6-2 (5-3-1 NACC)
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons took a 1-0 lead in the 25th minute off a goal by Cristian Tyrpak (Hartford, Wis.) with Miguel Garcia (Batavia, Ill.) assisting. The goal tied Tyrpak for the team-lead with nine on the season.
- Aser Kedjebe (Phoenix, Ariz.) added a second CUW goal in the 45th minute in an unassisted effort.
- The Raiders entered the half down 2-0 but made up the deficit in the second period.
- Arsenius Adogmhe scored in the 55th minute for the Raiders to cut the Falcon lead in half.
- MSOE tied the game with less than five minutes remaining on a goal by Jack Van Dyke.
- Two scoreless overtime periods resulted in the first tie of the season for the Falcons.
- Nate Yeager (Rio Rancho, N.M.) had five saves in goal for the Falcons.
