Nichols Claims His Second NACC Honor of the Year

MEQUON, Wis. - The Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) announced its student-athletes of the week on Wednesday morning. Adam Nichols was named NACC Defensive Player of the Week for the week of April 25-May 1, 2022.

A junior from Meridian, Idaho, Nichols totaled 30 saves and a .638 save percentage for a pair of one-goal victories over both the Raiders and the Scarlet Hawks. He recorded 15 saves against MSOE and followed it up with another 15-save performance against Illinois Tech to clinch a NACC tournament spot.

The Falcons will take on Benedictine on Wednesday afternoon for a chance at a spot in the NACC Tournament Championship game.
