Jones ties for 7th, Men's Golf competes at McNaughton Invitational

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – Bill Jones began the spring portion of the schedule with a tie for seventh and Concordia Wisconsin's Men's Golf team finished in fifth at the McNaughton Invitational at Jacksonville Country Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior Bill Jones (New Holstein, Wis.) led the Falcons for the second time this season after finishing in a tie for seventh place after shooting a 78. It was the fifth round in the 70s for him.
- Senior Jason Meyer (Dunlap, Ill.) carded a 79 to place tied for 12th place and it his fourth round in the 70s. Sophomore Kyle Rebholz (West Bend, Wis.) was tied for 21st after firing an 81.
- Freshman Jacob Lipski (New Berlin, Wis.) ended with an 83 to tie for 26th and sophomore Nathan Hasenstein (Sheboygan, Wis.) rounded out the lineup with a 91.

NEXT ON THE SCHEDULE
- The Falcons return to the course on Saturday and Sunday for the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational and Lake Forest Invitational.
